Preventive Medicine Services
Our preventive medicine services take a proactive approach to identifying health issues early and addressing them, while also managing existing conditions to improve overall health, longevity, and quality of life. For individuals who do not have a current Primary Care Provider, we offer routine Primary Care services for adults over 18, including annual physicals, diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, cancer screenings, medication refills, and referrals as needed.
Those without a current Primary Care Provider will also have the opportunity to access routine Primary Care services, including monitoring and treatment of other medical conditions, medication renewals, cancer screening, and referrals as necessary.
